The entrepreneurial ecosystem of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico: Its technology-based and fast-growing startups and entrepreneurial-employees

The purpose of this article is analyse the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Guadalajara Jalisco, México (EEZMG) through its technology-based, fast growing startups and ‘entrepreneurial-employees’, their growth dynamics interactions as well to explore factors that impact growth, discover policies or programs have greatest effect on development. Therefore, using analytical framework ‘Entrepreneurial Model’ proposed by Stam (2015) research applied a mixed method in depth semi structured interviews entrepreneurs, key informants, influencers. study has confirmed hypothesis ‘ entrepreneurial-employees’ ambition about job creation previous predicted. Moreover, shows both institutional framework’ systemic conditions’ created productive entrepreneurship’ promoting value creation’ furthermore, entrepreneurs capacities develop, globalize strengthen ecosystem. After conclusions, provides some implications for policy design cumulative development entrepreneurial ecosystems.
